摘要
目的 :观察特发性肺间质纤维化患者血清细胞外基质成分的改变及中药抗纤颗粒对其影响。方法 :选择符合观察标准的病例 33例 ,治疗组口服抗纤颗粒加小剂量强的松 ,健康对照组为来自我院的健康体检者。用放射免疫法测定患者的细胞外基质成分Ⅲ型胶原、Ⅳ型胶原 (Ⅳ -C)、透明质酸 (HA)、层粘连蛋白 (LN)。结果 :治疗组治疗前血清Ⅳ -C、Ⅲ -C、LN、HA含量明显高于对照组和治疗后 (P <0 .0 0 1,P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :特发性肺间质纤维化患者血清Ⅳ -C、Ⅲ -C、LN、HA含量明显增高。抗纤颗粒能够降低患者的细胞外基质。
Objectives:To observe the effect of kangqian Granule in treating diffuse pulmonary fibrosis and the effect on extracellular matrix of serum.Methods:33 cases received Kangqian Granule plus predinsone.Results:The level of serum collagen Ⅲ,collagen Ⅳ,laminin ,HA were obviously increased in the patients with pulmonary fibrosis than of the health and after treatment(receive Kangqian Granule plus predinsone).Conclusion:The level of serum collagen Ⅲ,collagenⅣ,laminin,HA were obviously increased in the patients with diffuse pulmonary fibrosis.kangqian Granule can decrease the level of serum collagen Ⅲ,collagen Ⅳ,laminin,HA in the patients with pulmonary fibrosis. 〔
