摘要
目的选用温阳补气的保元汤,观察其对博来霉素所致大鼠肺纤维化第7、14、28天肺系数、羟脯氨酸和丙二醛含量的影响,探讨培土生金法对肺纤维化形成的干预作用。方法博来霉素造模,预防组在造模前7天灌以保元汤汤剂,成模后预防组与治疗组持续给药,于造模后第7、14、28天取材,称取肺重量,计算肺系数,并检测肺组织中羟脯氨酸和丙二醛含量,进行统计学处理。结果模型组、治疗组和预防组3个时间点与空白组在肺组织外观、肺系数、羟脯氨酸、丙二醛含量等方面差异明显。第28天预防组与模型组肺系数差异有统计学意义,且3个时间点羟脯氨酸差异明显,第28天预防组与治疗组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。丙二醛含量在第7、14天治疗组与模型组比较差异有统计学意义,第14、28天时预防组与治疗组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依据培土生金治法选用保元汤对肺间质纤维化的形成具有一定的干预作用。
Objective The effect of Baoyuan decoction which is to warm yang and invigorating qi to pulmonary index on the 7 th,14 th and 28 th day and the quantity of hydroxyproline and malonaldehyde（ MDA） in rats with pulmonary fibrosis caused by Bleomyci（ BLM） is observed,and the intervention of the method of reinforcing the spleen（ earth） and promoting the secretion of saliva or body fluid to the formation of pulmonary fibrosis is discussed. Methods BLM model-prevention group are given Baoyuan decoction 7 days before establishing mice model,and after the modeling,the prevention group and the treatment group are continuously given the decoction,and the materials are drawn on the day 7,14 and 28. Pulmonary weight is taken and its index is calculated,the quantity of hydroxyproline and MDA is examined,and the statistics are dealt with. Results Model group,prevention group and treatment group are significantly different in pulmonary appearance,pulmonary index,hydroxyproline and MDA,etc. on the three points in time,compared with control group. There is a significant difference in pulmonary index between prevention group and model group on the day 28,and there is an obvious difference in hydroxyproline on the 3 points in time. Prevention group and treatment group is P〈 0. 05 on the day 28. There is a significant difference in MDA between treatment group and model group on the day 7 and 14,and the prevention group and treatment group is P〈 0. 05 on the day 14and 28. Conclusion There is a certain effect of intervention for Baoyuan decoction to the formation of pulmonary fibrosis by using the method of reinforcing the spleen（ earth） and promoting the secretion of saliva or body fluid.
