摘要
本文运用投入产出数量分析方法对我国特定阶段的劳动力转移过程进行了考察,从结构转变的角度考察了技术、制度、消费、投资、出口以及进口诸因素在引导劳动力转移和就业结构转变中的作用,并对两个阶段进行了比较研究,就此剖析我国结构转变中劳动力转移的阶段变化及其机制。
The inputoutput quantitative method is used in the paper to research the labor transfer process of China in the special phase. The paper analyzes the effects of such factors as technology, restitution, consumption, investment, export and import etc.on labor transfer and change of employment structure, then it goes on to compare the two phases to analyze the phaseal change of labor transfer in the structural transition in China and its mechanism.
