摘要
一个群体或一个组织的文化是由无数个由该群体所遵循、所认同、所继承、所教化的文化现象所构成的。从文化现象形成的角度看组织文化应该包含有理念、制度、个性和背景等四个层面。每个组织都有文化,而有意识的建立起来的文化对组织的影响更大。
The culture of a group or an organization is composed of numerous cultural phenomena which are complied,recognized,inherited and preached by this group. Fron the angle of the formation of cultural phenomena,organized culture includes such four layers as vision,institution,personality and context. Every organization has its own culture and the consciously established culture will exert greater influence on the organization.
