In the environment of knowledge economic, value of human in business management get highly appraise, so knowing and nurturing corporate culture of humanism has become the basis of corporate development strategy, and it's also a puzzle of management operation. As a basic individual of modern economic competition, corporation has not only economic character, but also character of individual. It is corporate culture that is central reflection of biological character.
