摘要
辐射-诱导标记是氚标记化合物制备的一种特殊技术。自从Wilzbach在1957年创立氚气曝射法以来,经过30多年的研究,这种技术已经有了重大的发展。目前使用的许多气体曝射技术都是Wilzbach法的改良,其中包括高频放电法,微波放电激活法和离子束氚标记法等。由于辐射-诱导标记的自身特点,以及氚-核磁共振技术的引入,使得该技术已成为氚标记化合物制备的一种通用方法。
The development and application of the radiation-induced labelling method are described. The method is an especial technique for preparing tritium labelled compounds. Since Wilzbach's gas exposure method was set up in 1957,much improvement has been made such as high frequency electrical dis-charge method, microwave discharge activation (MDA) method and ion beam tritium labelling method. Because of its distinctive features and the use of tritium nuclear resonance spectroscopy (3H-NMR) ,the radiation-induced labelling method has become in common use for preparing tritium labelled compounds.
