大白鼠(三月龄)在动物离心机上承受了+5Gz和+8Gz 3min的头-盆向超重作用后,用电镜技术观察到,鼠大脑皮层神经元有相当数量的线粒体发生了肿胀性的变化,出现了线粒体脊梁断裂和消失,基质电子密度减小等现象。+5Gz与+8Gz比较,+8Gz时表现更明显,但在暴露后24小时内二者都恢复正常。该结果表明,在高持续性+Gz作用时,大脑能量代谢发生了轻度的可逆性变化。
Ultrastructural changes of mitochondria in cerebral neurons in rats exposed to +5 Gz and +8 Gz for 3 min were observed with electron microscope technique. It was found that a number of mitochondria in neurons of cerebral cortex swelled, cristae splitted and disappeared and matrix became dilute. This kind of changes were more obvious under +8 Gz than those under +5 Gz, and recovered Within 24 h after exposure. The results indicate that a substantial and recoverable change in brain energy metabolism occured during high substained +Gz stress.
