摘要 目的观察高 +Gx作用对猴肺脏的病理学影响。方法 1 3只健康雄性成年恒河猴被随机分为对照组、+ 1 5Gx组、+ 1 8Gx组和 + 2 1Gx组 ,分别在动物离心机上承受相应峰值的抛物线形过载曲线作用 ,然后解剖取材 ,进行大体观察和HE染色光镜观察。结果 + 1 5Gx组、+ 1 8Gx组和 + 2 1Gx组在过载作用后即刻肺脏出现了不同程度的气肿、萎陷、淤血和出血 ,+ 2 1Gx组还出现了血管内溶血、细支气管粘膜脱落和出血等 ,肺脏的病理损伤随G值升高而明显加重 ;+ 1 5Gx作用造成的肺脏损伤在 1个月后基本恢复 ,而 + 2 1Gx作用后 1个月肺脏的损伤尚未恢复 ,且出现了白细胞浸润、浆液渗出和增生等炎症反应。结论高 +Gx作用可引起猴肺脏病理损伤 ,其中 + 1 5Gx造成的损伤相对较轻 ,且容易恢复 ,而 +2 1Gx造成的损伤严重 ,且难以恢复。这为载人航天型号任务中可能遇到的高过载医学要求和评价提供了依据。 Objective To observe pathological effects of high +Gx on pulmonary tissue of rhesus monkeys. Method Thirteen healthy male adult rhesus monkeys were randomly divided into control, +15 Gx,+18 Gx and +21 Gx group and were respectively exposed to corresponding +Gx with parabolic profile on an animal centrifuge. After +Gx exposures, monkeys were anatomized, lungs were observed generally and HE stained. Tissues slides were examined under light microscope. Result After +Gx exposures, there were different extents of emphysema, atelectasis and hemorrhage in lung in +15 Gx, +18 Gx and +21 Gx groups. While in +21 Gx group there were additional intravascular hemolysis, bronchial mucosa desquamation and hemorrhage. One month after exposure, the pathological changes almost recovered in lungs in +15 Gx group, while pathological changes did not recover and leucocyte infiltration, serious effusion and hyperplasia were formed in lung in +21 Gx group. Conclusion High +Gx can cause pathological injuries in lungs in rhesus monkeys. It provides reference in solving the problem of medical evaluation of high +Gx exposures possibly encountered in manned space flight.
