摘要
目的 建立阿霉素 (adriamycin ,doxorubicin ,多柔比星 )聚乳酸微球中药物含量的测定方法。 方法 采用紫外分光光度法测定微球中阿霉素的含量 ,测定波长为 2 3 2 8nm。考察了不同时间供试品溶液的稳定情况。结果 阿霉素溶液在 0 72~9 4μg·ml-1浓度范围内线性良好 ,标准曲线回归方程为C =14 45 9A - 0 0 2 99,相关系数r =0 9996(n =3 ) ,平均回收率为10 0 5 4% (RSD =0 78% ,n =5 )。结论 该方法简单易行 ,结果可靠 。
Objective To establish a method for determining the adriamycin content in doxorubicin polylactic acid microspheres. Methods The ultraviolet spectrophotomethy(UV) method was used to analyse doxorubicin. The wavelength was 232 8 nm, and the linearity,recovery and repeatability were studied.Results The linearity of doxorubicin was better in the rang of 0 72 to 9 4 μg·ml -1 , C=14 459A-0 029 9, r=0 999 6(n=3). The mean recovery was 100 54%(RSD=0 78%,n=5). Conclusion The method is simple and feasible. The results are reliable. The repeatability is better.
