摘要
32例晚期贲门癌患者经胃左动脉、腹腔干动脉双重药物灌注治疗，其中22例行胃左动脉栓塞术。结果表明，动脉灌注或加栓塞对治疗晚期贲门癌显示较明显的效果，患者存活率明显提高，无严重并发症。本法对进展期贲门癌治疗是一种安全有效的方法。
Transcatheter double infusion chemotherapy through left gastric artery and coeliac trank in 32 cases and embolization of left gastric artery in 22 cases for treatment of advanced gsstric cancer were reported. The results indicated that artrial infusion chemotherapy and embolization were effective treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Which dramatically lucreased survial rate of the patients and did not bring about any untoward complication.
