摘要
本文向读者提供了一个出现于七十多年前山东一个村庄的四个村规民约 :村民会议条例、村公所规则、村级官员选举规程以及村民守则。作者在介绍这四个村规民约的基础上 ,还对这一历史文献做了简单的评析。
This paper mainly offers a historical literature on village self-governance: villagers’ assembly regulations, village office (cum gong suo) rules, regulations of village leaders’ elections, and villagers’ regulations, which appeared in a village of Shandong Province in 1930s. In the final section, the paper makes a brief comment on these four village rules and regulations.
