摘要
本文从新型乡约的历史变迁考察新型乡约的文化结构、权力运行模式、存在形态,运用实证的方法,对新型乡约制定和实施过程中出现的病症进行诊断,认为要从源头上治理新型乡约面临的现实困境,必须从学理上重新审视新型乡约的特点、性质和功能,进而建构和谐视域下多元共治的乡村理想图景。
This article investigates the cultural structure, power operation mode and the existing forms about the new township treaty from its historic changes , uses the empirical method to diagnose the arising diseases in the course of its development and implementation, and thinks that in order to harness the real plight of the township treaty , we must re-examine its characteristics, nature and function theoretically, thus build an ideal rural picture of multi-administrations in the field of harmonious vision.
