摘要 如何提高短跑跑速的问题,长期困扰短跑教练员。国际田联生物力学课题组研究的结果表明,超级短跑运动员和普通短跑运动员的最大区别在于伸髋速度,超级短跑运动员伸髋速度极快,明显高于普通短跑运动员。这一研究成果提示我们,发展短跑速度应从髋部做起。助力训练和阻力训练能提高髋部的速度和增强髋部肌肉力量,怎样使这些训练手段更具有针对性,共商榷。 How to improve the speed of sprint puzzles the coaches of sprint for quite a long time. It was indicated in the study of the biomechanical research group of the International Amateur Athletic Federation that the most differences between the super sprinters and the common sprinters consist in the velocity of hip-joint extension. The velocity of hip-joint extension of the super sprinters is quick, which is remarkably quicker than that of the common sprinters. This results prompt that to develop the speed of sprint attention should be paid to hip-joint extension. The assistant exercises and resistant exercises improve the velocity of hip-joint extension and increase the muscular strength of the hip. How to apply these training means more pertinently is open to question.
