摘要
从多年的实践经验来看,对短跑速度起直接作用的是专项力量,要提高专项力量,首先要有良好的一般力量作基础。从发展一般力量和专项力量需注意的问题及提高运动员的下肢专项力量训练方法提出一些建设性意见供参考。
From the experience of many years we can see that,special strength plays a direct role on sprint speed.To improving special strength,there must be a good general strength as a foundation first.I will talk about my personal experience from the questions that to improving the general strength and the special strength and the methods of improving athlete's low limbs special strength for sports man and loaches.
