摘要
点传火技术是大口径火炮装药中的关键技术之一 .文中详细介绍了点传火模拟试验的研究工作 ,对不同装药结构的点传火特性进行系统的研究 ,给出了黑火药药袋、管状药与LVD管等不同的点传火结构对 p~t点传火性能的影响 .试验结果表明 ,轴向火焰传播速度对曲线与破孔规律有较大的影响 ,新型点火具LVD管在提高点传火性能方面有较大的作用 .
The technology of ignition and flamespreading is one of key technology of charge design in large caliber guns. The simulation test for ignition and flamespreding in guns is presented in this paper. The characteristics of ignition and flamespreading for different charge constructions are studied in detail. The influence of power bags, stick propellants and low velocity detonation (LVD) on the performance of ignition and flamespreading is given. The experimental results show that, the influence of flamespreading velocity in axial direction on p~t curves and ignition holes breaking is stronger, a new type of ignitor-LVD is effective for improving the performance of ignition and flamespreading. The research result in this paper is of great value for the design of ignition and flamespreading in model charge.
