摘要
为解决传统点传火方式作用时间长、燃速低、点火不均匀等问题,对A、B两种结构传火管进行压力--时间测试,分析对比了配用于爆炸网络点火技术的A型传火管、配用于LVD中心点火技术的B型传火管与普通传火管的点传火性能.试验结果表明:采用快速点传火技术的传火管传火速度大大提高,点火压力增大,点火后燃烧稳定.其中爆炸网络A型传火管的传火速度是普通A型的近40倍,平均点火压力峰值是普通A型的2倍;LVD B型传火管传火速度是普通B型的4~5倍,平均点火压力峰值增长十几兆帕.此外,分析了LVD中心点火技术与爆炸网络点火技术的特点及应用前景.
In order to solve the problems such as long function time, lower burning rate and non-uniform ignition met in the traditional way of ignition and flash transmission, the pressure-time tests have been done to the two different structure flash tubes, type A and type B. The ignition and flash transmission performance of three kinds of flash tubes,type A used in explosion network igniting, type B used in LVD central igniting technology and the normal one were contrasted and analyzed. The result showed that, by using a quick ignition technique, the transmitting speed and ignition pressure of the flash tubes increased obviously, and more stable combustion were obtained. For type A, the transmitting speed and average ignition peak pressure of explosion network flash tube are about 40 times and 2 times higher than that of normal flash tube, respectively. For type B, the transmitting speed of LVD flash tube is 4~5 times higher than that of normal flash tube. In comparison with normal flash tube, the average ignition peak pressure of LVD flash tube increases about 10MPa.The characteristic and application prospect of the LVD central ignition technology and explosion network igniting technology were analyzed.
