摘要
研究了 3种点火药的燃烧性能及它们对气体发生剂的点火能力。试验表明 ,黑火药的比容较大 ,但燃烧热较小 ,而B点火药的燃烧热很大 ,但比容较小 ,因此它们的点火压力不大。K1K点火药燃烧热较高且比容较大 ,即点火压力较高 ,它能迅速点燃NFA - 2气体发生剂 ,并提高这个气体发生剂的燃烧速度。
Burning characteristics and ignition ability on gas-forming composition of three ignition compositions have been studied. Test result showed that the specific volume of black powder is large, but burning heat is small; Burning heat of B ignition composition is big, but the specific volume is small. Thus, their igniting pressures are not big. Specific volume and burning heat of K 1K ignition composition are the biggest, so its ignition pressure is the biggest of the above three ignition composition. K 1K can ignite NFA-2 gas-forming composition very quickly, thus, the burning rate of NFA-2 has been raised as well.
