摘要
高职教育的初衷是培养一支有生产活力的、灵活的、具有一定发展潜力的劳动大军 ,但目前高职旅游教育现状与这一初衷有较大的出入。为了改变这一状况 ,有必要首先树立综合职业能力的课程观 ,然后根据岗位职业能力的模块分析设计课程体系 ,最后设计出具有高职旅游专业特色、能培养出社会急需的专业人才的教学计划。
The aim of vocational higher education is to train a working force of productivity and flexibility and with a certain level of development potential.However,the current situation of the vocational higher education of the tourism major in our institute is quite away from this aim.To solve this problem,first of all,a comprehensive curriculum concept of vocational competency must be established.Secondly,a curriculum system should be designed according to a module analysis based on the particular job competency.Finally a better teaching program will be drawn up showing uhe characteristics of the tourism major of our college,which is good for training personnel with special expertise badly needed by the society.\;
