摘要
“双师型”教师队伍建设的规范化、法制化是高等职业技术教育健康蓬勃发展的关键,本文通过分析“双师型”教师的内涵及目前尚存在的问题,提出“双师型”教师队伍建设的途径和方法。
It's a key for the healthy and flourishing development of the polytechnic education to build the engineer-lecturer training system for teachers standard and legally.This article puts forward some ways to build the system and analyzes its content and the problems existed.
