摘要
对几种钢材进行了喷丸强化,疲劳试验,测定了残余应力场和表面粗糙度。提出了表面粗糙度应力集中系数的计算模型和公式,以及疲劳源萌生于表面时表达疲劳极限规律的修正Goodman方程。根据断口分析和应力计算,提出了材料的内部疲劳极限概念及相应的强化机制。在上述研究基础上,建立了喷丸强化的综合效应理论。
The shot-peening and the fatigue tests of 40Cr, 20Cr and 30CrMo steels are conducted. The residual stress field and the surface roughness parameters are measured. The culculating model and the modified Goodman equation for the fatigue limit with surface fatigue sources are established. According to the internal fatigue sources, a new concept of internal fatigue limit(IFL)and relevant strengthening mechauism are developed. IFL is always bigger than the surface fatigue limit (SFL). It is found that the following proportional relation between IFL and SFL exists; IFL/SFL- 1.34. On the basis of the study mentioned above, the comprehensive effects theory for shot-peening strengthening is put forward.
