摘要
研究了Rene’95热等静压粉末高温合金喷丸后的残余应力场、组织结构、密度及其与高温疲劳性能间的关系。结果指出,喷丸引起表面形变层内的上述变化,能够有效地提高粉末合金高温下的高周和低周疲劳性能。
The relationship between residual stress field,microstructure,density in the surface shot peening layer and the fatigue behavior for hot isostatically pressed(HIP) powder superalloy Rene'95 have been investigated. It has been shown that the high cycle and the low cycle fatigue strength can be obviously improved by shot peening.
