摘要 磨削接触区温度过高是引起磨削烧伤的主要因素。本文应用SEM,EPMA、XPS及金相显微分析等技术研究了表面硬化钢和钛合金的烧伤机理。结果表明,有可能采用磨削过程特征参量来监测和预报磨削烧伤的发生。固体润滑剂渗渍涂层砂轮可以改善钛合金的磨削性能。 The occurance of grinding burn is mainly caused by the high contact zone temperature.In this paper,the mechanism of workpiece burn during grinding of casehardened steel and titanium alloys was studied by the use of SEM,EPMA,XPS and the metallograph analysis. The results indicate that it is possible to use the characteristic quantity for in-process monitoring and prediction of workpiece burn. The solid lubricant treated wheel was developed in order to improve the grindability of Ti alloy.
