摘要
通过对氮化曲轴成形磨削烧伤机理的研究,指出其极易被忽视的两大主要因素,通过改进、优化曲轴连杆颈的磨削工艺,提出一种利用数控磨削系统和Marpos在线检测系统的高速、成形、断续磨削新工艺,解决了曲轴成形磨削烧伤的难题,实际试验结果表明,该工艺方案可行,具有一定的推广价值。
By studying on the problem of profile grinding burn, which is happened on nitrided crankshaft, two main reasons of grinding burn that are easily to be ignored have been analyzed. By applying two systems of CNC grinding and Marpos' s online measurement, with the process of high speed profile grinding, the project which is protected crankpin from grinding is improved and optimized, finally a new discontinuous grinding process is brought forward, which solves the problem of its grinding burn. The result of experimentation shows that the project of process is practical and worth to be generalized definitely.
