摘要
应用酸蚀法,初步判断不同磨削状态曲轴的磨削烧伤程度。通过磁弹法与X射线衍射残余应力检测法,获得不同磨削状态下曲轴的磁巴克豪森噪音信号特征值MP值与曲轴表层300μm深的的最大残余应力,建立两者之间的回归经验模型。研究表明,磁弹法检验本型号曲轴的合格标准值为97。
Temper etch method is applied to judge the grinding burn preliminary.The magnetic barkhausen noise,MP value,and maximum tensile stress in the depth of 300μm on the crankshaft surface are tested by magnetic-elastic method and X-ray diffraction residual stress test.The regression model between these two parameters is built.The research has shown that the standard of the MP value is 97.
