摘要
目的 探讨CathepsinD在早、中晚期胃癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学 (ABC法 )对 70例胃癌标本进行CathepsinD蛋白的检测。结果 早期胃癌CathepsinD表达率为 6 0 % (12 / 2 0 ) ,中晚期无淋巴结转移胃癌为 6 5 % (13/ 2 0 ) ,中晚期有淋巴结转移胃癌为 86 .6 7% (2 6 / 30 ) ,后两者在表达率上有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 CathepsinD的表达水平可作为胃癌预后的判断指标之一。
Objective Objective To study the expression of Cathepsin D in early and advanced stages of gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods Expressions of Cathepsin D protein were detected in 70 specimens with gastric cancers by immunohistochemistry (ABC method).Results The expression rates of Cathepsin D were 60% (12/20) in the early stage, 65% (13/20) in the advanced stage without lymph node metastasis, and 86.7% (26/30) in the advanced stage with lymph node metastasis of gastric cancers respectively. Positive expression rate of Cathepsin D was correlated with clinical stages and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer (\$P\$<0.05).Conclusion Cathepsin D protein can be considered as one of indicators for evaluating the prognosis of gastric cancer.
