摘要
目的 :探讨预防化疗药物外渗及外渗后局部组织损伤的护理措施。方法 :分析 2 3例药物外渗发生的原因 ,采取预防措施 ,对蒽环类化疗药外渗 ,局部封闭 ,50 %硫酸镁溶液持续冷湿敷 3～ 5d ,然后再外敷金黄散、蜂蜜、食醋调成的糊状物 ;长春碱类外渗 ,局部注射透明质酸酶 ,并配合热敷。结果 :2 3例患者未发生皮肤溃疡 ,组织坏死 ,平均治疗日 1 4d。结论
Objective:To investigate for measures about prevention from exudation of chemotherapy drugs.Method:23 cases had been analysed,local block and 50% magnesium suffate wet dressing had been used to prevent anthra cyclide exudation,there after,combination of JinHuang san,honey and vinegar used for dressing;local use of hyaluronase,heat dressing,herbal medicine dressing can be used for VCR exduation.Result:All 23 cases without skin ulcer or tissue neerosis average therapeutic duration is 14 days.Conclusion:we should accept different measures for different drugs exudation.
