摘要
目的:比较新鲜马铃薯片外敷与50%硫酸镁湿敷及温水热敷对治疗静脉输液血管外渗漏所致局部组织损伤的疗效。方法:120例静脉输液血管外渗漏至皮下组织的病人被随机分为三组,分别采用新鲜马铃薯片外敷、50%硫酸镁湿敷及温水热敷治疗,观察局部组织肿胀消退时间。结果:马铃薯外敷组局部组织肿胀消退时间最短,温水热敷组时间最长,各组间比较均有极显著差异(P<0·001)。结论:采用新鲜马铃薯片外敷治疗静脉输液外渗致局部组织肿痛、损伤具有独特疗效,且取材方便、简单实用。
Objective: To compare the effect on treating local tissues injury caused by intravenous extravasations, by dressing raw potato slice with magnesium sulfate 50% and warm water. Methods: 120 cases, divided into three groups at random, were treated by external application of raw potato slice, magnesium sulfate 50% and warm water respectively, observing the subsidence of a swelling. Results: It took shortest to heal for the cases applied by potato slice and longest applied by warm water. A significant difference of efficacy can be seen among the groups( P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion: Effective, simple and practical to treat local tissues injury caused by intravenous extravasations by dressing raw potato slice.
