摘要
随着外资银行的进入,国有商业银行的人才流失严重。本文分析了国有商业银行人才流失的原因,并探讨了国有商业银行吸引和留住人才的对策措施。
With the entry of foreign capital banks,the stateowned commercial banks person of talent escape largely.This paper analyzes the reasons which result in this situation,and explores attraction and retain to person of talent in the stateowned commercial banks.
