摘要
介绍了如何采用模糊参数自整定PID等模糊策略,实现对大米色选机的自动化控制,并详细介绍了DSP实现过程。结果表明,这种智能改造可以应用到生产实践中。
This paper introduces the approach to improve the control of rice color sorters in a robotized way, and presents in detail the application process of the fuzzy- PID strategy for automatic parameter identification. The intelligence controlling algorithm by DSP for rice color sorter control is implemented. Test results show that it is applicable in production practice.
