摘要
目前,国内广泛使用的大米色选机一般用日光灯作为光源,光能不能长期稳定;当光能变化或更换待选大米种类时,需要工程师手动设置参数;各种杂质的分选效果也不一致。针对这些问题,采用稳定性与方向性更好的高亮度发光二极管(LED)代替日光灯管作为色选机光源,并对不同颜色的LED光源进行了比较。实验证明,在蓝色LED光源下可以一次性分检出各种异色粒和杂质,分选效果较好;同时,还在色选机中应用了根据含杂比自动调节动态阈值的方法,提高了色选机的自动化程度。
There are three weaknesses in domestic rice color sorters. First, fluorescent lamp isn't steady enough as lights of sorters; second, sorters need manual adjustment when materiel is changed; third, various impurities can't be sorted once. In order to solve these problems, high brightness light-emitting diode (LED) is used to replace fluorescent lamp as lights of color sorters. Experiment results show that all kinds of impurities can be sorted in one time. Otherwise, this paper applies dynamic threshold value to color sorters, which improves the automation of rice color sorters.
