摘要
提出了一种基于过调制原理的新的功率因数校正(PFC)控制方法,其直流输出电压给定信号随交流输入电压的变化而变化,在一个交流输入电压周期内,电路大部分时间工作在Boost整流模式,短时工作在不控整流模式。一台1 5kW实验装置证实了理论分析结果。实验结果表明,提出的新型高频PFC整流电路具有直流输出电压低、功率因数高、EMI干扰小、体积小、噪音低、效率高等显著的优点。
Analysis of two different PFC control techniques commonly used in variable frequency airconditioners shows their advantages and disadvantages. A novel PFC control method based on overmodulation is proposed. The DC output voltage reference signal changes with the AC input voltage. In every AC input voltage period, the circuit has two working modes, with long time in Boost rectifier mode and short time in nocontrol mode. Analysis results are verified by a 1.5kW experiment prototype. The experiment results show that the proposed new PFC rectifier has remarkable merits such as low DC output voltage, high power factor, low EMI, small size, low noise and high efficiency as compared with the conventional PFC control techniques. The proposed new high performance high frequency PFC rectifier can be commonly used in home appliances such as variable frequency airconditioners, variable frequency refrigerators and variable frequency washing machines.
