摘要
以电动汽车的研究为背景,采用双向半桥变换器为拓扑结构,详尽阐述了双向半桥变换器的工作原理,给出了参数设计和效率分析方法,并设计了一套基于DSP的全数字双向DC/DC变换器控制系统。采用TMS320LF2407为控制核心,研制了一台功率为3kW的双向DC/DC变换装置。实验结果证明,系统性能良好,可有效运用于电动汽车领域。
According to the special requirement of Electrical Vehicle (EV), the half bridge topology is introduced in detail.The methods of parameter design and efficiency analysis are presented and then a digitally controlled system is designed based on DSP.A 3 kW Bi-directional DC/DC converter is constructed with DSP-TMS320LF2407.The experimental results prove that the converter has excellent characteristics,and it can be well applied in EV.
