摘要
四象限变流器(4QC)在电力有源无功与谐波补偿、FACTS和电气传动等系统都获得了广泛的应用。鉴于状态空间平均建模方法通常对于类似于4QC半桥单元这种仅具有两种电路开关状态的变流器拓扑的建模研究比较简便,而对于开关状态比较多的情况,直接应用该方法将变得十 分复杂,该文根据任意多相PWM型4QC乃至各类变流器拓扑大都具有多单元对称组合的结构特点,通过研究多相拓扑与半桥单元之间的内在联系以及相间对称结构与控制关系,建立一种适用于多相4QC的具有一般性的统一数学模型,并在此基础上通过大量的理论推导分析,得出一组适合多相4QC的单元组合统一性分析结果。通过单相和三相4QC特例及仿真结果,进一步表明了这种单元组合统一性建模和分析方法的正确性与可行性。该方法也可以拓展到其它各类变流器拓扑的建模和分析研究。
4-quadrant converters (4QC) have been widely applied in power active VAR and harmonic compensator , FACTS and electric drive systems etc . The state space averaging model is usally simple and suitable for converter topologies with only two switch states similar to half-bridge 4QC unit . But as directly used in topologies with multiple switch states , the modeling method becomes very complicated. In view of mentioned above and the fact that multiphase PWM 4QC and even other varieties of converters are mostly characterized by multiunit-symmetry- association, by researching inner link between multiphase topologies and half-bridge unit , interphase symmetry configuration and control relations, this paper proposes a general unified modeling approach applied to multiphase 4QC. A family of 4QC multiunit-association general unified analysis conclusions is derived with theoretical analyses by using the model. The validity of the model and its theory is confirmed by single-phase and three-phase 4QC and their numerical simulation waveforms as special cases. The methods may also be extended to modeling and analyzing of other varieties of converter topologies.
