摘要
分析了支架液压系统及其元件的压力-流量特性,提出支架液压系统的一种计算分析方法和改进支架移架速度的方法并加以分析.通过实验室实验来确定支架液压系统各元件的压力损失系数,计算出在一定条件下的液压支架移架速度,计算结果反映了支架移架速度的实际情况,该方法现已应用于支架的液压系统设计并取得良好效果,实现快速移架系统的定量化设计.本文为支架液压系统的设计提供理论基础,使支架液压系统的设计更科学、更合理、更经济.
A new calculating method on hydraulic system of powered support and a modified way of advancing velocity of hydraulic powered support were analyzed, which concluded through analysis flow pressure properties of hydraulic system in powered support and its parts. According to pressure losing coefficient of hydraulic system parts tested by experiment, the advancing velocity of powered support was calculated under a certain condition. The calculated method, whose calculated result basically reflects the fact of advancing velocity of powered support, has been employed in design of hydraulic system and obtained a satisfactory effect so as to realize the quantitative design of rapid advancing support system. The article provides theoretic basis for design of hydraulic system in powered support, which makes the design of hydraulic system in powered support more scientific, rational and economic.
