摘要
煤矿液压支架立柱回路中的安全阀,是支架过载保护的关键元件。液体在安全阀内部流动状态直接影响其性能,其性能的优劣,又决定了液压支架的承载能力、移架速度和工作可靠性等。基于FAD500安全阀整体建立了较为详细的流道模型,通过CFD流场仿真方法,获得复杂形体腔内运动流体参数的数值解:压力、速度等分布,并对不同模型仿真结果进行对比分析,验证高压大流量安全阀流道设计的合理性。
Abstract:The relief valve in circuits of coal pillar hydraulic support is key element for overload protection. The internal flow state of liquid in relief valve directly affects performance, performances of advantages and disadvantages have decided hydraulic support's carrying capacity, speed of moving frame, work reliability, etc.. This paper, based on the FAD500 relief valve, had set up a more detailed flow model and obtained complex body cavity movement fluid parameters of numerical solution through the CFD flow field simulation method:the distribution of pressure,speed, and so on. Simulation results of different model were compared and we checked design rationality of fluid flow for high pressure and high flow rate relief valve.
