摘要
本文针对综采工作面上普遍存在的液压支架移架速度慢、影响劳动生产率的实际问题,从影响移架速度因素的分析入手,利用计算机数字模拟的方法,系统地研究了各参数和工作方式对移架工序中升柱、降柱、拉架和推溜动作的影响,探讨了提高液压支架移架速度的方法,为改进元件与系统的设进。
To confer the practical problem of powered supports' advancing speed on fully mechanized coal face and its effect on increasing productivity,the paper studies systematicaly the effects of leg,moving support and pulling conveyor in an advancing process by means of simulating on basis of analysing factors affecting advancing speed,discusses methods raising advancing speed of a powered support,and provides theory basis for improving element and system design,using and operating reasonably powered supports.
