摘要
对于中性点不接地的矿井高压电网,漏电保护装置的零序电压动作值是其重要技术数据之一.当其整定值确定之后,漏电保护装置的漏电动作电阻值(R)及其相关的电网每相对地电容值(C),即可由本文所给的简化计算公式求得.该公式是在忽略绝缘电阻(r)的条件下求得的.在实际电网中使用,计算误差不大.该方法便于现场根据实测的绝缘参数变化范围进行调节.
For an ungroundedneutral highvoltage electric network in mines, the tripping value of zerosequence voltage of the earthleakage protection devices is one of its important technical data. When it is set up, the tripping leakage resistance (R) and corresponding capacitance of the network to the ground per phase (C) can be calculated by the simplified formula presented in this paper in the condition of neglecting the insulance to the ground (r). Owing to the fact that the error of calculation for the real network is not very big, this method can be easily used in practice, especially for a range of measured insulation parameters of the power system.
