摘要
目的 观察振荡电位在高度近视眼及高度近视眼黄斑病变中的变化规律及其在客观视功能检查中的意义。方法 对 14只高度近视眼不伴有黄斑病变的患者和 15只高度近视眼伴有黄斑病变的患者分别进行振荡电位的检测 ,并分别与正常对照组及其之间进行对比研究 ,以Σ O为观察指标 ,观察其不同的变化及规律。结果 (1)高度近视眼患者的振荡电位较正常组低 (P <0 .0 1) ;(2 )高度近视眼黄斑病变患者较高度近视眼不伴有黄斑病变患者的振荡电位低 (P <0 .0 1) ;(3)高度近视眼和高度近视眼黄斑病变患者的振荡电位较正常眼低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 随着病变程度的加深 ,振荡电位随之下降 。
Objective To observe the changes of Oscillatory potentials (OPs) on high myopia and maculopathy of high myopia.Methods To record the OPs of 14 eyes of high myopia and 15 eyes of high myopia maculopathy,the observation of index was ΣO,then compared with each other.Results (1)The OPs of high myopia without maculopathy was lower than that of normal group(P<0.01).(2)The OPs of high myopia maculopathy was lower than that of high myopia without maculopathy(P<0.0).Conclusion Along with the development of high myopia maculopathy,OPs was gradually dropping correspondently,OPs can be as an observation index on objective test of high myopia maculopathy.
