摘要
目的 :了解不同程度度高度近视眼的视觉电生理改变。方法 :将 12 4只高度近视眼按不同的屈光度分成 3组 (简称高近组 ) ,对此 3组以及 110只正常眼对照组采用美国LKCUTAS E30 0 0型视觉电生理仪检查FERG及PVEP。结果 :高近Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组ERG闪烁光的峰时值分别为 (2 8 74± 3 17)ms、(32 30± 10 71)ms、(31 0 3± 2 4 6 )ms ,均较对照组峰时值 (2 8 30± 2 16 )ms延长 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;高近Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组ERG闪烁光的振幅分别为 (6 4 13± 2 2 96 )mv、(4 8 6 0± 2 4 30 )mv、(39 75± 10 10 )mv ,均较对照组振幅 (83 70± 33 18)mv降低 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。高近Ⅰ组ERG最大反应a、b波振幅为 (194 4 6± 6 6 6 5 )mv、(4 15 4 0± 130 4 0 )mv ,高于高近Ⅱ组 (14 7 19± 6 9 99)mv、(32 7 0 0± 97 5 4 )mv ,差异有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1) ,高近Ⅱ组ERG最大反应a、b波振幅高于高近Ⅲ组 (12 0 80± 32 73)mv、(30 2 5 0± 4 3 89)mv ,差异有显著性 (P<0 0 5 )。高近 3个组a波振幅的下降程度较b波明显 ,b/a比值 >2 0。高近Ⅱ组的VEP振幅较对照组下降 ,有非常显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。高近 3个组的眼轴较对照组长 ,有非常显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。高近Ⅰ组的角膜曲率?
Objective:To evaluate the changes of visual electrophysiolgy in patients with high myopia (HM) of different diopter and vision.Methods:124 eyes with HM were divided into 3 groups(Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ)according to the different diopter(high myopia group,HM group) and 110 eyes with normal vision as control group.Flash electroretinogram (FERG) and pattern visual evoked potential (PVEP) were compared in these groups.Results:peak latency of flicker ERG in HM group,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ were 28.74±3.17ms ,32.30±10.71ms and 31.03±2.46ms,respectively,which were longer than that in control group(28.30±2.16ms),differences were significant(P<0.05).Amplitudes of flicker ERG in HM group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ were 64.13±22.96mv,48.60±24.30mv and 39.75±10.10mv,respectively,which were shorter than that in control group(83.70±33.18mv),differences were significant as well (P<0.05).Amplitudes of a-wave and b-wave of flicker ERG in HM group Ⅰ were 194.46±66.65mv and 415.40±130.40mv,which were higher than that in HM group Ⅱ(147.19±69.99mv,327.00±97.54mv),the difference was significant (P<0.01).Amplitudes of a-wave and b-wave in HM group Ⅱ were higher than that in HM group Ⅲ (120.80±32.73mv,302.50±43.89mv),the difference was significant as well (P<0.05).Amplitudes of a-wave in HM groups decreased more obviously than those of b-wave.The ratio of b-wave to a-wave exceeded 2.0.The amplitude of visual evoked potential(VEP)in HM group Ⅱ was shorter than that in control group,the different was significant(P<0.01).Lengths of eye axis in three HM groups were longer than that in control group,the difference was significant (P<0.01).In HM group Ⅰ,corneal curvatures in horizontal axis(43.23±1.43) and vertical axis(43.75±1.40) were smaller than that in control group (43.84±0.76,44.26±0.85),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The higher the degree of HM is,the more difficult rectification of vision is,and the more significant changes in visual eleotrophysiolgy is,particularly in amplitude.The ratio of b-wave to a-wave increases with the increased diopters.These results show that the damage of outer retinal segment is more significant than that of the inner retinal segment.
