视神经病变图像反转视觉诱发电位研究

APPLICATION OF VISUAL POTENTIAL EVOKED BY REVERSED IMAGES TO DIAGNOSIS OF VISUAL NERVE DISEASE

摘要 应用图像反转视觉诱发电位(VEP)对视神经病变患者67眼进行检测,并与健康者168眼进行对照,发现N_1、P_2、N_2波潜伏期延迟,P_2、N_2波幅明显降低,说明VEP可作为视神经疾患的诊断及临床治疗疗效观察的客观指标之一。 Sixty-seven eyes of visual nerve disease were tested with visual potential evoked by reversed images and contrasted with 168 eyes of healthy subjects. It was found that the incubation period of waves N_1P_2 and N_2 was delayed and the wave amplitude lowered markedly, indicating that visual evoked potential could be used as one of the objective in the diagnosis and observations of clinical therapeutic effects in the treatment of visual nerve disease.
