摘要
探讨了流动机制与动态管理对高校图书馆人才管理的平衡作用,提出了高校图书馆人才管理动态平衡的模式与具体实施的措施。
This paper diseusses the balaneed role whieh personnel floating meehanism and shifting management play in the personnel management of academic library, puts forward some patterns and some practical ways which will be used in the shifting balance of personnel management in academic library.
