摘要
目的 观察在海拔 370 0m建立富氧室对人体心肺功能的影响。方法 10名受试者在进入富氧室前后分别坐于踏车功量机上 ,以 6 0r min连续蹬车 ,从 2 5W开始 ,每 3min递增 2 5W。蹬车至力竭时停止。计算每位受试者的心功能指数及肺通气量。结果 心功能指数富氧室后较前 (前、后分别为 4 2 .76± 4 .38和 4 8.5 1± 3.4 7)明显增高 (P <0 .0 1) ;肺通通气量在运动功率达 2 2 5W时富氧室后较前 (前后分别为 38.36± 4 .12和 31.83± 3.4 3)明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 富氧室在高原能明显增强人体运动时的心肺功能。
Objective To study the effect of oxygen enriched room on the cardiac function index and pulmenary ventilation volume at high altitude.Methods 10 subjects in oxygen enrichedroom constantly pedalled the EGM efficiency bicycle with ainitial coat of 25W to exhaustion,and then their cardiac function index and ventilation volume were calculated.Results Compared with ambient room,the cardiac function index was increased after oxygen enriched sleep ( P <0.01),and pulmonary the ventilation volume was decreased ( P <0.01).Conclusion Oxygen enriched room could improve the cardiac function and pulmonary lung ventilation volume at 3 700m altitude.
