摘要
政府应把发展社区教育列入重要的议事日程,这是中国走可持续发展之路、全面建设小康社会的需要,是发展区域经济、提高就业率的需要,是高等教育由“精英型”向大众化发展的需要,也是政府彻底转变职能、加快城市化建设步伐的需要。政府要对有关法律法规的条文进行必要的调整,并加以协调、落实,使社区教育机构从创办开始就能成为真正的法人,并在激烈的竞争中始终立于不败之地,更好地为区域经济建设服务。
Great importance must be attached to the development of community education in order to meet the needs of maintaining the sustained economic development and establishing a well-to-do society of invigorating regional economic development and increasing employment rate, of transforming government functions and speeding up urbanization. To achieve this, the government must take measures to amend and implement the existing laws so as to ensure that the educational institutions may enjoy the rights of a legal person from the very beginning, become a victor in the competitive society and provide better services for the economic development.
