摘要
随着社会转型和政府职能的调整 ,第一部门高校的转型势在必行 ;随着民办高校的迅速发展 ,营利与非营利的分野愈显重要。第三部门正在成为我国高等教育发展的重要空间。浙江万里学院是一种第三部门高校的成功范例 ,对第一部门高校向第三部门转型 。
With the transformation of society and the readjustment of the government function, the first sector higher education institutes have to reform. With the rapid development of private higher education institutes, it is more and more important to distinguish the min ban colleges for profit from non\|profit. The third sector is an important space for Chinese higher education institutes. As a successful pattern of the third sector colleges, Zhejiang Wanli College acts as a reference for the transformation of the first sector college and the development of non\|profit colleges.
