摘要
我国高等教育在地理空间分布上的两个最为显著的特点是 :第一 ,从全国范围来看 ,高等教育并不存在东、西部分布的严重不均衡。第二 ,从全国各个行政区划角度分析 ,各个区内高等教育的空间分布则存在严重的不均衡。我国高等教育分布的调整工作 ,重点应该放在尚无高等教育或高等教育十分薄弱的中小城市及县级市。
The two characteristics of spatial distribution of China's higher education system are: first, higher education is not seriously imbalanced between east and west at the national level; second, spatial distribution of higher education is seriously imbalanced at the administrative regional level. The higher education distribution adjustment should focus on the intermediate or small cities where there is no higher education or the higher education is very weak. The investment to western higher education should emphasize how to improve the quality of higher education and how to build a comfortable environment to attract talents.
