摘要
针对我国蔬菜中硝酸盐含量过高的现象,综述了蔬菜硝酸盐累积与品种、施肥、光照及水分等因素的关 系,提出减少硝酸盐累积的几条措施。
In the light of high nitrate content of vegetable at present, the relation between vegetable nitrate accumulation and some factors, such as species .fertilizer application.light and irrigation was introduced. And some measures to reduce the nitrate content in vegetable were suggested.
