摘要
以大白菜品种北京小杂 6 0子叶为外植体探讨了培养基中不同激素配比、加入不同量 Ag NO3 和不同苗龄子叶、子叶带柄及不带柄接种对大白菜子叶离体培养植株再生的影响。实验结果表明 ,最佳分化培养基为MS+6 - BA2 mg/ l+NAA1 mg/ l+Ag NO3 4 mg/ l,最佳苗龄为 4 d,最佳的外植体处理方式为不带柄的半子叶 ;在1 / 2 MS培养基中加入 1 mg/ L IAA或 2 mg/ L IBA对幼苗生根非常有利。
Studied the effect of different hormone combinations、different AgNO 3 concentrations、different seedling ages and cotyledon with handle or without handle on plant regeneration from cotyledonary explants of Chinese cabbage‘Beijing xiaoza 60’cultured in vitro. the best differentiation medium was Ms+6-BA 2 mg/l+NAA 1 mg/l+AgNO 3 4 mg/l;the best seedling age was 4 d;the best explant was half cotyledon without handle. It is very favorable to add 1mg/l IAA or 2 mg/l IBA into 1/2Ms medium for young plant rooting.
