施用氮肥对小白菜、番茄中硝酸盐积累的影响 被引量:60

摘要 本试验以潮土、黄棕壤为供试土壤,分别选取小白菜、蕃茄作为叶菜类和果菜类代表,以土培、田间试验探讨了施用氮肥对两种蔬菜NO_3^--N积累的影响。试验结果表明:随着氮素水平的提高,蔬菜NO_3^--N积累量与施氮量呈显著正相关,而硝酸还原酶活性与蔬菜NO_3^--N积累量呈负相关。水培试验研究了N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mo、Cl丰缺对小白菜NO_3^--N积累的影响。 In the present study, both soil and culture experiments were conducted. Under soil (Yellow Brown Soil and Alluvial Soil in Hubei) conditions, the effects of nitrogen fertilizer on nitrate accumulation of chinese cabbage and tomato were studied, and the amounts f nitrate accumulated by the two vegetables were significantlis found to be correlated to the rate f nitrogen application, but negtively to the activity of nitrate reductase, Under hydroponicully culture conditions, the effects of the deficiency of sufficiency of several elements of the mounts of nitrate accumulation by Chinese cabbage were determined.
