摘要
21世纪是知识、信息经济、新经济活跃的一个世纪。在现代科技信息时代,一国经济发展和社会进步,依靠的是科学、技术、知识及其不断发展与创新。人力资源将是推动企业发展最重要的资源。高效率地利用人力资源,从而迎接扑面而来的挑战,探索一条符合我国国情的人力资源投资之路势在必行。
The 21st century will be a century with fierce competition of knowledge,information and new economy.The economic development and social progress depends on science,technology,knowledge,development and innovation.The role of managers of human resources managementis not always limited to the duty of employing and selecting staff.Human resources is the most important resurces to propel the development of enterprises.It is imperative for us to make full use of the human resources,facing the new challenge and probe a typical Chinese mode of human resources development and investments.
