摘要
本研究以湖南省高校出版社为例,根据性别,针对人数、学历和职称等几个变量,对湖南省5所高校出版社人力资源结构进行了剖析,试图从一个侧面揭示我国大学出版社人力资源结构中女性的权重。通过对湖南省5所高校出版社人力资源的分析,得出大学出版社女性职工在整体人力资源结构中的权重偏低。最后,文章针对造成大学出版社人力资源结构中女性权重偏低的原因与如何提升女性权重的思路进行了简单的讨论。
In this study, Hunan Province University Press as an example, according to the gentler, number, degree and the title for several variables, has carried on the analysis to the 5 universities in Hunan province. The structure of human resources, attempts to reveal the structure weight of female human resources in University Press in China from a side. Through the analysis of 5 University Press of human resources of Hunan Province, the University Press of female employees in the overall human resource structure weight is low. Finally, ainfing at the causes of female human resources structure of University Press in low weight is discussed and how to enhance women's weight method.
